The Protect Black Freedoms: Peoples Power Assembly is a one-day, statewide gathering hosted by North Carolinaā€™s Black Leadership and Organizing Collective (NC BLOC), a statewide formation across North Carolina.

This statewide gathering will be an opportunity to learn more about NC BLOCā€™ Freedom Papers, the Protect Black Freedoms Campaign, and opportunities to build with NC BLOC. At the same time, building relationships with other leaders, organizers, and communities across NC.
This space is for Black people, organizations/collectives that are aligned with or committed to aligning with NC BLOCs liberatory values, those who believe culture and relational organizing are the heart of social change, and those who care about co-creating equitable campaigns that work to dismantle systems of oppression and build liberating alternatives.
